I remember when I was younger, I used to watch the older version of X-men and other Marvel cartoons. I wish they would air those things again.

B.R.Act

I just watched Battle Royale (downloaded it from Kazaa XD) and it's pretty cool. It's a japanese movie ... the story takes place in the near future wherein the youth rebel against the government. The government then passed the law called the "B.R. act or Battle Royale Act" which states that any random class in high school will be sent to a deserted island and kill each other til one remains and will be set free.

The movie is actually rather morbid and sad ... ;____;.

Festival: part 2 (supposed to be yesterday's entry)

I went to festival again. Lol ^^ ... I went their to show my cousin around (he's from the USA ... ^^ and to hang out with Aissa.

First, I went to Gameworks (is that how you spell it? lol) to give back Koja's Azumanga Daioh VCDs back ^_^ (Thanks, Koja ^_^ *glomps*) and then, I met my cousin in National Bookstore. We ate in Kenny Rogers Roaster thingamajig after ... (though Angeline {my sis} and Jae bought their food in Sbarro. XD

Then we met Koja in X-site (arcade area ... my cousin was beating me in SNK vs. CAPCOM ... T_T) and roamed around for a few minutes (Aissa was leading the way ... ^^;; til after 10 minutes, we found ourselves in Pixie Forest. XD nyahaha.) We rode the Fun House thingamajig O_o ... I think they placed that ride in the wrong location ... that machine can scare kids to death ... =__=;; ...

Well ... we roamed around a lot til Koja had to leave ... ^^; and we ... errr ... walked ... and walked ... and walked ... X_x (I dislike malls ... ^^; and shopping ... O_o).

Then we went back home (and my uncle picked up my cousin). Aissa stayed in our house for an hour and then we brought her home . ^_^ ... well, that's about it.

^^; ... that's my little evaluation.

Well, I had fun in the campus tour ... just hope I see that campus again next year if I pass the test. LoL. Just want to get in a nice college though I also want to take the test for U.S.T. and UA&P. ^^ ... just to make sure. LoL.

The La Salle tour, IMO, was the best one among the three because the people were friendly and we ate there. XD ... (obviously PG [patay gutom] or super hungry) ... though my friend was commenting about the taste ... errr ... she has high standards. ^^;. U.P. was okay but since the campus is way too big ... we didn't go down. Ateneo ... it's okay but the guide was boring and his voice was annoyingly monotonous ... making me feel sleepy and stupid. LoL.

R.H.I.P.

What is RHIP? Well, it means Rank Has Its Priveleges ... and applies to C.A.T. ^^. It seems that all the students who took COCC has a higher rank than cadets ... I think ... I dunno. I just feel that it isn't right, in a way ... ^^; ... maybe we did learn it in advance. ^^;;; *shrugs*

We had CAT-1 orientation again (for the new cadets, it was their first glimpse of CAT-1 curriculum). Well, it was okay ... fun ... I think. LoL.

I get 100 merits again! Yehey ^^!!!!

First Tuesday: Getting to Know Each Other and Death

I've been reading more now and I've began to take note of what I've been reading. I feel like I'm part of Morrie's class now and it really helps me see things in a different point of view ... full of optimism and no self-pity. Morrie, for me, is my greatest teacher, even if I have not met him in person.

"One can not learn how to live unless they now how to die."

As I sat in the lesson, I thought about ... "How will i die?" and "What will i do once my time is near ...?" It's hard to think of these things sometime but I always told myself that I want to do something great in this world before I die. I want to be able to help people with this great accomplishment ... whatever it is ... XD.

I guess, I still fear death ... and I'm embarrassed to say so. I feel like somthing is lacking in my life as of now. I still feel that there isn't any peace inside of me. I know I give as much love to everyone as I can but I still feel that there is something missing ... I want to figure that out before I die. I also have to learn to detach myself from fear.

I think I should ponder about this more before my next lesson with Morrie. ^^

Failure ... just another stage in life

Failure again ... I'm not an officer in CAT ^^; and yet, it's funny how it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Maybe, I expected it. Another would be ... I guess God has another direction in life for me. Well, I thought of it. I'm actually happy now about the results. I get to have more time to worry about myself ... lol. I usually don't have time to ponder about certain things and I also don't have enough time in certain activities I want to do. Maybe, this is the answer. ^^

Chapter 4 of my high school life and … First Day of School

First day of school has arrived and I actually just feel like I've had a long weekend and this day was just any normal school day. No big deal ...

Well, the first day, of course, wasn't hectic at all. I was able to get back the UP application form I asked the registrar to forward to the principal ^^. *feels accomplished* ^^ lol ... I was able to see my friends again too (well, I did see them during the summer but who cares :D I get to see them again ^_^ weeee~)

In English class, Ms. Yabyabin asked us to continue the phrase:

Being a senior is …

… with one sentence.

She wanted good insights … not just “wonderful” or “challenging”. Frankly, I didn’t know what to say. I thought about it …

I told her that it was one of biggest chances I had to decide what I wanted to be and what I’ll become … thus, I have to make the most out of it. Relish every moment and get to know my batchmates more before it’s too late. I don’t want any regrets once I leave high school.

A New Meaning with every Tuesday

I bought this book but I never got to read it. @_@ I just started last night and well, being sensitive, I really was touched and wanted to cry while reading this book. The book is titled, “Tuesdays with Morrie”, a true story regarding an old professor and his young student who talk about the meaning of life.

I was amazed by Morrie’s wisdom and perspective in life. How he struggle to know what he is and what he can still become even if his time is short. He discusses with his pupil some topic like death, love, marriage and other important aspects in life that his pupil, Mitch, has not seen after college.

After classes, my cousin, Jason, my sisters and I went to this photo thingamajig to take studio pics plus my ID pics (for college application forms … gah …). I love studio pics. I always want one every time I go to the mall. Why? Well … I think it helps you to remember things from the past. Example would be … “Hey! Isn’t this the time when I tripped in the mall?” or “Look! This was when *insert name* looked constipated!”

It’s fun and exciting to recall these moments with my friends and it is important to me.

I'm home alone right now ... and well, it sucks. My whole family is in the province and I can't come till Wednesday night because of my review classes. I'm riding a bus going to the province *shudders*. Waaah ... scary. *hugs whale plushie* I can do this ... hopefully *gulps*.

I got 13 demerits in my last test in COCC ... because:

1) I cant do the commands properly (I was absent the day they learned them ... XD) = 9 demerits

2) I missed 4 traits of a good leader out of 11. ;__; ... oh well, I wasnt prepared = 4 demerits

What else ...

I'm chatting with Ian right now in the AI channel since no one else is noisy. XD *pokes Ian* It's nice to bug him every now and then. ^_^.

Well, I have been obssesed with these series of books called "Legend of the 5 rings: Clan Wars saga" and I just found someone from A.I. who knows it ^^ which is pretty cool. I haven't read them for a year @_@ *feels bad for her lovely books left untouched* ^^ I want to get hold of the card deck soon ... :D

Well, I think the Unicorn Clan would be my fave and the Dragon Clan would come in second. I guess, when I read the book, I could relate more to the feelings and attitude of Tetsuko. I also find the Utaku Battle Maidens really cool ^_^.

If God knows everything, then does free will exist?

I saw this question in the debate forum in A.I. ... and I still believe we do have free will. This was my post regarding it:

In my opinion, we do have free will and God knows the past, present and future. Think of it this way ... imagine, that when you were born, you start of at the base of all decisions and each is branched out creating more decisions and in the end of your life are following results. God knows all the decisions you are capable of making and the results of all these actions, but you decide which path you want to take.

Well ... i'm not good in philosophical issues but I guess people do tend to ask about these things a lot @_@ ... so I prepared myself a bit ... (Adi, you ARE going to be a nun at this rate XD)

Then I guess I thought more about the matter when gau posted this:

Today was an exciting and fun-filled day because ... -drum roll- of the CCP buffeteria ... and Aissa's recital :P ... joke! I was excited to watch Aissa perform on the stage (and to see who was the guy *ehem* ... nevermind ... lol) Anywho :D AISSA! IDOL! XD

Well, the first part was kinda boring ... well, at least the kids choir. No offense ... =__=;;; ... just telling the truth. The female choir was ... GALING! XD hehehe ... and what else ... ~_~ ... the guy! The necktie guy had such a nice voice (though Hyde is better~) hehe ... *sighs*

In the intermission, I ran out to accompany my friend to the CR and look for Koja. @_@ Gomen Koja! I feel so bad, I left at once ;___; ... waaaaaah ... gomen nasai ... :(

Anywho, we got to eat out after ... weeee~ we ate in this restaurant near Manila Bay .... I just didn't like it there. Aissa, Itchy and I just figured how lonely we were .... XD ... bwahahahaha! So much annoying couples near the water, just wanted to kick 'em all in the water. XD *evil mode*

The trip to EK was cancelled due to Smart employees day off thingamajig ... *mutters mutters* nyargh ... so we ended up going to tagaytay and being covered with such thick fog ... so ... err ... we didn't do much. ~_~ Well, at least we got to have pictorials in Starbucks Tagaytay. Hehe ^^; ... So, that was suddenly dubbed as the official barkada road trip we never had. XD

After that, we arrived at my house and bummed around. @_@ me and tensai lost against our younger siblings in pusoy dos. Nyargh T_T ...

Concerning _the admins_

I think they should give M a chance in being an admin and should de-admin a certain admin in A.I. ... =__=; IMO at least. I haven't been in AI for that long but I think they should ... =__=; anywho, I can't do anything since, in some of the oldies eyes, I'm just and forever will be a newbie. (that is not a fact but is possible ... )

I think the admins will have an easier time if most of them are active. It seems that shijirou, yuki, leci, and tori are the only ones I see active in the message board and chatroom these days. I have no complaints about the mods since they are doing their jobs ... so far ... =__=;

~_~ ... Gah ... okay, I know my layout sucks and if you notice a whit spot repeating every few scrolling down ... well, then you have noticed my stupidity. :D

Oh well, I think it's better to place an original sucky layout than a very good ... err ... borrowed layout. ^^; *sweatdrop* Anywho ... for womeone who has just used Adobe Photoshop for the third time, it's very ... errr ... pleasing ... somehow.

Hmm ... I haven't been watching RAW or any wrestling lately ... =__= ... I haven't been able to know the exact schedule because I'm a bum and I dislike waiting in front of the TV till they mention the schedule of the show I'm looking for.

I've been looking for nice MP3s to listen to lately and I've downloaded some Oji Section Chief MP3s like "Cautionary Warning", which in my opinion, is one of the best anime songs ... *grins*. I feel happy finding it ~_~ ... it's hard to find good music nowadays.
